Serrale is muscular, stands 5’11″ and weighs 185 lbs. She is handsome and looks to be about 24 years old with long, fine, platinum blonde hair kept in a single braid. She also has tanned skin and wears the insignia eye caps that denote her blindness and her gift. She always wears dark fingerless gloves, a black leather jerkin and breaches with Orange trim.

Kurn Durkana and Vonna SERR Durkana left Bansu Castle to settle in Ryia, a large port on the western seaboard where Serrale was later born. Within a year and a half, Kurn & Vonna realized they could not raise Serrale and give her the best chance at a successful life. In the end they turned her over to “Ryia’s School for the Blind and the Sensory Gifted”. Serrale knows that Kurn and Vonna still live there. She avoids contact with them and they with her.

Serrale is gentle, caring, complex and a highly intuitive individual. Artistic and creative, she lives in a world of hidden meanings and possibilities. Only one percent of the population is this Personality Type, making it the most rare of all the types.
Serrale places great importance on having things orderly and systematic in her outer world. She puts a lot of energy into identifying the best system for getting things done, and constantly defines and re-defines the priorities in her life. On the other hand, Serrales operates within herself on an intuitive basis which is entirely spontaneous. She knows things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why, and without detailed knowledge of the subject at hand. She is usually right, and she usually knows it. Consequently, Serrale puts a tremendous amount of faith into her instincts and intuitions. This is something of a conflict between the inner and outer worlds, and may result in her not being as organized as other Judging types tend to be. Or we may see some signs of disarray in an otherwise orderly tendency, such as a consistently messy desk.
Serrale has uncanny insights into people and situations. She gets “feelings” about things and intuitively understands them. As an extreme example, some “Protectors” report experiences of a psychic nature, such as getting strong feelings about there being a problem with a loved one, and discovering later that she was in a car accident. This is the sort of thing that other types may scorn and scoff at, and Serrale herself does not really understand her intuition at a level which can be verbalized. Consequently, she is likely protective of her inner self, sharing only what she chooses to share when she chooses to share it. She is a deep, complex individual, who is quite private and typically difficult to understand. Serrale holds back part of herself, and can be secretive.
But she is as genuinely warm as she is complex. Serrale holds a special place in the heart of people whom she is close to, who are able to see her special gifts and depth of caring. Serrale is concerned for people’s feelings, and tries to be gentle to avoid hurting anyone. She is very sensitive to conflict, and cannot tolerate it very well. Situations which are charged with conflict may drive this normally peaceful person into a state of agitation or charged anger. She may tend to internalize conflict into her body, and experience health problems when under a lot of stress.
Because Serrale has such strong intuitive capabilities, she trusts her own instincts above all else. This may result in a stubbornness and tendency to ignore other people’s opinions. She believes that she’s right. On the other hand, she is a perfectionist who doubts that she is living up to her full potential. Serrale is rarely at complete peace with herself – there’s always something else she should be doing to improve herself and the world around her. She believes in constant growth, and doesn’t often take time to revel in her accomplishments. She has a strong value system, and needs to live her life in accordance with what she feels is right. In deference to the Feeling aspect of her personality, Serrale is in some ways gentle and easy going. Conversely, she has a very high expectation of herself, and frequently of her family. She doesn’t believe in compromising her ideals.
Serrale is a natural nurturer; patient, devoted and protective. She would make a loving parent and would likely have strong bonds with her offspring. She has high expectations of her children, and pushes them to be the best that they can be. This can sometimes manifest itself in Serrale being hard-nosed and stubborn. But generally, her children receive devoted and sincere parental guidance, combined with deep caring.
In the workplace, Serrale usually shows up in an area where she can be creative and somewhat independent. She has a natural affinity for art, and may excel in the sciences, where she makes use of her intuition. “Protectors” may also be found in a service-oriented profession. She is not good at dealing with minutia or very detailed tasks. Serrale will either avoid such things, or else go to the other extreme and become enveloped in the details to the extent that she can no longer see the big picture. If Serrale has gone the route of becoming meticulous about details she may become highly critical of other individuals who are not.
Serrale is gifted in ways that other types are not. Life is not necessarily easy for her, but she is capable of great depths of feeling and personal achievement.

Serrale carries a bed roll and lives out of a knapsack. She sends alot of her income to the school in Ryia.
